TERMS & CONDITIONS

PURCHASE

  • Please note the pictures are for illustration purposes only the job lots may or may not include the items pictured.

  • The items are brand new footwear without box. Please note some items may have the odd mark on which doesn’t affect the quality or purpose of the products.

  • The job lot includes different styles and sizes; we cannot guarantee how many of each size & style this includes however you will receive a good ratio of each.

  • If the items are to be collected, the own packaging is required, and for delivery, the items will be packed in cardboard pallets.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY

  • Job lot to be collected/delivered within 3 working days or 2 weeks from completion of the purchase, as stated for each product.

  • For delivery, please contact us on 01604 946 064 so we can arrange this for you

  • For collections, our warehouse is opened from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm; once the order is received, we will contact you to arrange the collection.  

REFUND & CANCELLATION

  • Once an order has been placed, you can cancel this within 5 working days from the date of purchase. After an order cancellation, a refund will be performed the next working day, after the money has reached our account.

  • Please note money will reach our account within 2 to 7 working days from the date of purchase 

  • Cancellations have to be made directly through us, by telephoning 01604946064; you will have to provide information such as order number and verification of name and address.

  • Refunds can only be made into the same bank account/ Paypal account which was used to make the purchase.

  • Following a cancellation, if a refund was completed, the buyer has no rights over the merchandise.

  • Refunds can only be made if a cancellation has been made within 5 working days of purchase day.
